Privacy

We will never release any personal information on any living person without that person’s specific permission. We will especially take steps to ensure that your contact information (e-mail or mailing address, telephone number, etc.) is never released or sold without specific permission. If you see any personal information that you do not wish to have displayed, please contact us for immediate removal. Participants in the DNA Project are afforded additional protections of DNA test data, if desired.

Users of any Internet-based genealogy site should realize that any information made available on the net is public by its nature. Therefore, we will assume that any information submitted to us for inclusion in the Family Tree or other portions of the site containing genealogical specifics has been voluntarily released to the general public by the submitter.

Information on deceased persons is assumed to be public knowledge.

At this time, we are not displaying any information on living individuals. We are planning to modernize this website and at that time, you will see living individuals displayed with their first initial and last name only.
